Alex Donsky

Alex Donsky leads AJDFNB, bringing over twenty years of experience in hospitality. He has opened a variety of restaurant and bar concepts in Florida, California, and Massachusetts, ranging from craft cocktail bars to fast casual restaurants and chef-driven fine dining. His expertise in and emphasis on sustainable operations and management systems draws from combined and diverse experiences working in corporate hospitality, with restaurant groups, and with independent operators. Alex understands that great hospitality management and the systems and processes that enable it is not an end itself, but instead help restaurateurs achieve their goal of creating a positive, memorable, and consistent experience for customers.

Among the restaurants he has opened recently are Bar Comal in Oakland, California, which he grew to be the #1 delivery restaurant in the East Bay area, and Heirloom Lodge, a wine-focused fine dining restaurant in the Berkshire Mountains. He has consulted on projects around the United States and in Panama.

Alex is based in New York City.
